# Review an onboarding flow, screen by screen

We provide a reusable worksheet for reviewing screenshots, paywalls, and the decisions between them.

## Capture one complete journey

1. Start with a fresh flow you are authorized to inspect. Record the app version, platform, date, and account state.
2. Number screenshots in capture order. Include back, skip, close, and error states where available.
3. Record visible offer terms separately from your interpretation. Do not infer conversion rates from a screen.

| Record | What belongs here |
|---|---|
| Screen and step | 01 — choose a goal, 02 — create an account, and so on |
| Visible decision | The next action, alternative, and any exit |
| Offer | Trial length, price, billing interval, and renewal language exactly as shown |
| Unknowns | Missing screens, eligibility rules, or behavior you did not test |
| Review question | What must the user understand before continuing? |
